How do I reconcile 2nd law of thermodynamics and law of conservation of energy?

I’m very confused here. The law of conservation of energy states that energy isn’t lost and can’t be destroyed. However, the 2nd law of thermodynamics states that the universe is running out of energy. help!

The second law of thermodynamics says that heat cannot of itself transfer to a colder body. I think you got confused with the leaking energy part of the universe, not running out.

The 2nd law of thermodynamic says, that a sum of entropy S in a closed system cannot get smaller than zero and it value is never get down
S = 0
in easy word, the process in real life is not reversible!
the real case of it, is like, a chalk fall down from table. it can’t go up again by it self. you must put a(n) (external) force to do that
so, it dont say that universe is running out of energy at all.

the second law is easier understood as, energy is neither created nor destroyed but is only changed. A russian cosmologist named andre’ linde’ talks about the regenerating universe meaning that the pinwheel galaxy we’re striving to understand is expanding but when it reaches it’s apex it will colapse and start over again.
