Every department should keep a paper recycling box/bin in their area, and every time they fill it up they get an extra 15 mintues in their lunch.

At the end of the year, the department with the most bins recycles gets a pizza party and awards for all of the staff in the dept.

Also, I think education is key - people will know why they are participating and will feel good about contributing to the environment.</description>
