I have had a great experience with my Plano personal trainer and Lady Trainers To Go. The great thing about them is that they focus on more than fitness. They also have a dietician who has done wonders with my eating habits. Having someone experienced in nutrition working with you definitely helps jumpstart the whole process.

Both my personal trainer Plano and dietician taught me that a healthy body stems from both good eating habits and physical activity. Deep down I’ve always known that, but actually incorporating both into my daily life has been a challenge. Both have taught me ways to stay faithful to both. Not only am I becoming stricter with my food choices, but physically, I’m looking and feeling better too. Everyone is really positive and easy to work with. My personal trainer in Plano has also taken into consideration my current abilities and has increased the amount I do only when my body is ready. It’s nice having a female trainer because she can truly empathize with you. I get great results, but I also get the benefits of the characteristics you generally only find in another woman. Both have been conscientious of my needs and have even prevented me from furthering an ongoing back condition. Being able to help my body heal through nutrition and exercise has been a wonderful experience. I have really enjoyed myself and look forward to working with them longer.
